1. As per GRMS standards, ensuring all online quality checks are done & there is no deviation from laid down SOP’s. Ensuring adherence to all statutory, legal & internal compliances w.r.t. to product before final release for packing & maintaining the records for the same.

2. To ensure all QC activities as per GRMS procedure during line start up, shut down, brand/batch changeover, shift closure are adhered

3. Online packed cases inspection as per GFPS standard & if any deviation noted – should go as per laid down SOP’s & maintaining the relevant records for the same & working towards defect reduction as per set targets.

4. Collection of online rejection data and packed case rejection data on Daily basis.

5. Sensory evaluation of samples – RW, DMW, BWW, ENA, Blends, Special Spirits, FF, Caramel, Sugar

6. Performing the calibration of laboratory equipment & maintaining relevant records for the same as per desired frequency

7. Keeping control sample of every batch of product running in shift & maintaining the record for the same as per GRMS procedure.

8. As per HO guidelines performing the line / transit trials for new developments of bottles / outer cartons / mono cartons etc

9. Adherence to food safety & maintaining plant hygiene during operations & adherence to statutory requirements during production activities

10. Overall responsible for shift operations w.r.t. quality, food safety & hygiene.

11. Daily Discussion in T2 with Production/maintenance team for Corrective & Preventive Action for the non conformance observed

12. Completion of documents related to L-1 procedure.

13. Performing RM analysis & maintaining the records for the same

14. Inspection of market bottles & maintaining the records

15. Performing all SAP transactions related to PM/RM/In process & FG

16. Performing the analysis for consumer complaint samples & submitting the report in prescribed format

17. Full responsible for Quality audits for shop floor activities
