Lactalis India is looking for young and dynamic people to join as India RM Managers. The role will be based out of HO and the person will be responsible to deploy best practices to handle raw materials in India and reduce the losses to the minimum
Key Responsibility
- Implementation and improvement in Key parameters across all plants
- Implementation of Continuous improvement tools
- Implementation of Standard operating procedures (SOP) in all the plants with plant RM managers
- Training of RM Managers related to best practices from the Lactalis group & TPM and Lean tools
- Daily/Weekly follow-up of GMP (Lactalis software) for loss tracking and analysis with Plant RM Manager
- Documentation and monitoring of progress
- Coordination with plant RM Managers and Plant Managers for smooth execution of Raw material projects
- Involvement in CAPEX preparation and validation for Raw material
- Involvement in Saving Plan preparation and validation for Raw material
- Involvement in Budget preparation and validation for Raw material
Qualification Required: B.Tech Mechanical/Food Technology/Chemical
Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organizational and written/oral communication skills, Detail-orientation, Leadership
