About the Job – Production Executive – Foods – Marico Sanand Gujarat
Role & responsibilities –
- Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day production activities to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and quality control teams to monitor product quality and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Adherence to Production Schedule & Timely Delivery
- Production with zero quality defects
- Manpower Handling
- Ensure Book keeping and updation of records in SAP
- Material control and Issue materials as per requirement
- Availability of RM, PM in right quantity at right time, Min. instances of production loss because of material dedicate
- Understanding of proposed layout / Budget / Timelines
- Timely completion of all project activities
- Laisioning with Contractors / Vendors / Local Administrations / Suppliers etc
- Adherence of Safety Norms / Zero Accident
Qualification & Experience-
- B.E/B. Tech in Mech/Food Science/Food Tech or related field
- Minimum Experience of 3-5 years
