About the Job – Junior Executive – Quality Assurance – Ambika Global Foods and Beverages Pvt Ltd Mumbai
Experience- 2-3 Years
Qualifications – MSc / BSc/ BTech/ MTech in Food Technology

Responsibilities
- Responsible for over all Quality Assurance & Quality Control of products
- Draft/review/modify quality assurance policies and procedures
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality (Quality inspection of RM, FG & packing material, In-process quality check)
- Investigate customer complaints and in-process non-conformance to find out root cause & suggest corrective/preventive action
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Maintain all Quality assurance records related to ISO & FSSC audits
- In-process quality inspection at third party processing facilities
- Co-ordination with vendors
