Job Summary:

QM Pillar & IQS Lead will work closely with the Manufacturing team to develop, implement and support IQS & IDF as part of digital factory initiative, lead Incoming Material Management, Supplier Development & Quality, Lead for QM Pillar and drive SWPs site at site level. He / She will lead & drive the implementation of Mondelez Quality Policies which is associated to role site to ensure that the site meets all standards from Quality, Food Safety and IL6S journey perspective. He / she will liaison with the central and regional teams to understand best practices and execute the same at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. QM Pillar Responsibilities

I. Lead on implementation of QM Pillar & developed roadmap at the plant level.

II. Lead on Pillar Integration with different Stakeholders

III. Expand Horizon and drive Zero Defect Journey E2E rom Supplier till Shelf.

IV. CIQ Agenda inline with Manufacturing.

V. Drive weekly QM Pillar meetings and develop QM Pillar team capability at SGA level.

VI. Drive Defect Data Collection work process as part of IQS and FPPDL roadmap for reduction

VII. Work with other Pillar leaders to understand interfaces and collaborate on QM activities aiming to delivery Zero Quality Defects

VIII. Communicates with the Plant LT the QM roadmap: progress and support needed

IX. QM Pillar associated reports to the Regional QM Pillar team and local PLT.

2. IQS Responsibilities

Drive effective IQS implementation:

I. System design for IQS implementation, ensuring all quality activities are performed efficiently on line.

II. Daily maintenance of IQS system which would be critical for online performance efficiency.

III. Capability building of team members in IQS productive usage for delivering zero defect line quality

IV. Improvement of IQS system to drive productivity and reduced wastages.

V. Integrate IQS with IDF as part of Digital Factory Initiative for on time resolution of Quality KPIs.

3. Incoming Material Management & Supplier Quality

I. Lead a team of 4 people for incoming material management program.

II. Build capability of team members to drive and manage day to day activities.

III. Drive Specification, COA verification and Label Control QPs.

IV. Support WH on Receiving & Warehouse QP implementation and compliance against the requirements

V. Verify in-house test results and follow Hold Release procedure

VI. Manage specifications of RM & PM

EXPERIENCE & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

• Post Graduation in Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry / Biotechnology
• Minimum of 5 years relevant Experience in FMCG industry
• Sound knowledge of Digitization, Quality, Food Safety, Supplier Quality and other local regulatory standards
