You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.
How You Will Contribute
You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

More About This Role
What you need to know about this position:
Driving quality culture, Capability building programs/workshop plant colleagues on Quality policies and FSSC 22000 requirements.
Preparation and execution of the corporate quality audits for IM and EM sites. Leading the CQ audits and sharing the audit reports to the sites post audit completion till reviewing of the CAPA and closure of CAPA of CQ audits.
New Sites development from quality systems standpoint. Driving governance program to track the CAPA for IM and EM sites including RDQ (TTC) for India BU.
Supporting NPD in the existing and new sites for Quality Policy compliance. Close coordination with Global and Regional SME’s (Food Safety, Sanitation, Category Quality) for Capability building and projects.
Coordinate FSSC implementation at all the IMs.
Coordinate with sites in reviewing the compliance as per FSSAI requirements Drive & coordinate the external assessments with respect to quality & food safety with the sites like CII.
Support MSC in driving the productivity and quality improvement projects across the sites.
Support sites in reviewing the CAPA arisen from MIA, CQ and FSSC audits. Drive the RFT IM and EM food safety composite for India BU.
Support TTC in commercial production from QCMS compliance point of view. Coordinate with sites in reviewing the compliance as per FSSAI requirements. Responsible for review of Annual Extraneous control plan and CAPA program at the IM sites as per OQS requirement.
Local admin for ENABLON and support to IM sites on ENABLON issues. Support agile projects as CQ representative part of weekly project discussion and supporting project team on E2E trials readiness & requirements at sites. Driving Food Safety boost action plan for India BU. Lead & tracking engagement action plan for BU quality.
Responsible for the Training (Quality related) and Audits (QP/FSSC) for the TTC. Periodic KPI Dashboard for the BU.
