Job Description:
Responsibilities
  • The incumbent should be responsible for Creations and applications of products developed as per opportunity briefs from internal team.
  • Should be able to handle cost optimization, raw material rationalization and process optimization for new products and existing products.
  • Drive innovations and work with marketing for new product launches.
  • Localization of global product recipes at target price.
  • Work on processing technical solutions
  • Application solutions designed based on users infrastructure and capability.
  • Should understand different industries such as Soft drink( carbonated, caffeinated, health drink, RTS, Diet), snakes-namkeen, cookies
  • Should have sound knowledge on Shelf-life study and declaring shelf-life for products developed, nutri information india and aboard both, vitamin ageing.
MARKET ORIENTATION
  • Knowledge of Beverage, snack industry, seasoning ingredient, Ingredient additives, etce – Understanding of B2B model.
  • Should have Sound knowledge of manufacturing process, machinery, and equipment. -Should have sound knowledge of local regulations related to the category.

  • Directly or indirectly maintains and pursues relationships, collaborates closely with senior level leadership.

TALENT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance. -Coaching and development planning, motivating, rewarding, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; interviewing, hiring, training, and retaining employees.
  • Responsible for Creations and applications of products developed as per opportunity briefs from Team members.
  • To handle cost optimization, raw material rationalization and process optimization for new products and existing products
  • Manages and/or oversees assigned research, projects and programs related to cost reduction, process improvements, line extensions, new product/process development and commercialization.
  • Utilize project and process management best practices to deliver project results within target metrics, implementing a continuous improvement approach.
Education – B.Sc / MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology
Experience – 1 – 4 years
