Factory Manager – Samyog Health Foods Pvt Ltd Mumbai Maharashtra

We are currently seeking a Factory Manager, to handle our end-to-end factory/ production operations.

Key Duties

Responsible for managing the complete operations in the Plant / Factory
Plan production related activities and processes which minimize manufacturing cost
·Effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials and capital and to ensure maximum output.
Identifying the scope of improvement by maintaining the quality and yield of product consistently
Maintaining safety in the process and equipment as well as with operating personnel.
Implementing and monitoring Food Safety guidelines and updating documents, manuals and reviewing the requirement from time to time
Verifying Daily Material Balance, Store issued Raw & packing materials with the Physical Stocks.
To direct and control all factory staffs, contractors, workers to give maximum outputs.
·Ensure factory machinery is in good working order.
·Analysing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.

Skills & Requirements

·B. Tech / M. Tech/ Masters in Food technology / Food Science
·Relevant experience of 5-10 years; minimum 5 years from Food & Beverage industry
·Good knowledge of Production Planning, Scheduling and Quality Management Systems to meet the organizational requirements.
Strong understanding of resource planning, focusing on waste reduction, manpower management, enhancing productivity and profitability.
Proficient in managing installation & commissioning of various equipment and maintenance of the same for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness
Strong knowledge of manufacturing standards and health & safety processes
Strong leadership & decision-making skills
