As a Trainee Quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met across our beverage production processes. You will work closely with our experienced quality team, gaining hands-on experience in various quality control aspects. This role offers a comprehensive training program, providing you with the skills and knowledge to excel in the quality assurance domain.

• Assist in conducting quality inspections of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
• Support line quality checks during beverage production, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Aid in basic laboratory testing, including Brix, pH, acidity, and carbonation measurements.
• Maintain accurate records and data for all testing procedures.
• Monitor production processes to identify and report any quality deviations.
• Help in preparing daily quality reports, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the quality team to implement and maintain quality control procedures.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide support and assistance to the Quality Control Manager as required.

• A bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a quality control or food production environment is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, for data management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality control techniques and technologies.
• Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP principles is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
