Position Available:
R&D Head (Specialized in Spray Drying Technology)
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the research and development team, focusing on spray drying technology.
– Provide accurate guidance and strategic direction for product development.
– Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
– Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
– Innovate and improve existing products to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements:
Qualification:
– BTech/Mtech Food Technology/Food Science & related streams
Experience:
– Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the food powder industry.
– Expertise in spray drying technology.
Skills:
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
Salary:
