About the Job – Quality Assurance and Testing – DS Group Sonipat
Responsible for the entire testing process including pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical processes.
Role & responsibilities
Online food process control
Food analysis and other laboratory parameters
Documentations for FSMS (Food safety management system)
Food safety internal audit
Personal hygiene inspection and monitoring
Food regulatory compliance, verification and documentations
HACCP
Responsible for In-process QMS handling
Involvement in IQ, OQ and PQ of new equipments as well as involvement in cleaning validation activity along with compilation of data of same
Assess the effectiveness of labs policies and procedures.
Supervise Internal Quality Control (IQC), External Quality Assessment (EQA) and ensure Quality Management.
Ensure Quality Control of daily routine work.
Proficiency testing, Rechecking/Retesting, On-site evaluation.
Capable to fullfill the task which is given by management and complete the same within the time line.
Any other related task assigned by HOD
Preferred candidate profile Knowledge of GMP’s, NABL, Quality Management System, Food Safety, Lab Testing Equipments etc.
Certification of quality control is an added advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
Education
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Food Technology
PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology
