Job Description –

Candidate shall assist in developing and implementing the Food Safe products and practices. He / She Continuously monitoring the compliance with relevant FSSAI and Internal Standards. He / She shall develop strong Food safety culture and continually reduce risks across supply chain. He / She Ready to work extensively in understanding of Market / Supply chain issue and Market Product Analysis (Own & Competitor).

  • To verify the Plant are conducting the Raw Material / Packaging Material analysis as per approved specification
  • To Verify the In process quality analysis is conducted as per defined frequency and action shall in place, in case of any deviation. Monitor the Daily Quality Report on daily basis.
  • To oversee the overall GMP and to ensure the quality rating of CMU at the targeted levels and mitigation plan in case of any deviation
  • Analysis quality trends , proactively identify potential quality failure / potential source of food contamination and implement preventive actions by taking up with relevant stakeholders
  • To use the six sigma approach in each production process for consistent quality product i.e. Statistical Process control of primary / secondary process to identify the product / packaging quality improvement
  • Shall have sound knowledge with respect to FSSC22K, FSSAI and Legal Metrology regulations and fair knowledge on Packaging Labelling Standards
  • Evaluates and resolve urgent issues with CMUs and escalated to immediate supervisor
  • Formulate various food safety training programs & providing training and guidance to production staff regarding quality control procedures, best practices, and quality-related issues to create food safety culture and awareness

l Implementing and maintaining the Quality Risk Management system / Legal Register to ensure that risks are adequately controlled in accordance with current food safety standards

l Ensuring that periodic audit programmed as per GFSI Standard in place in use and ensure the sustenance of the CAPA to avoid repetitiveness

l Investigating and identifying the root causes of repeated quality issues or customer complaints. Implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent reoccurrence.

l To do the market research / analysis on product quality during storage / supply chain and escalate on monthly basis

Eligibility: –

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate in Food Technology / science with minimum 8-14 years of experience in Food Production.
  • Experience of GFSI Audit or documentation
  • Preferable knowledge on Market Product Study / Analysis
  • Preferable in Green / Black Belt Six Sigma Certification

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Daily / Weekly & monthly Quality reporting and mitigation plan if any
  • Compliance to product parameters as per specifications.
