About the Job – Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance – Mrs Bectors Foods Specialities Ltd Rajpura
1. To coordinates analysis of RM, PM and FG of Plant. Liaison with suppliers and other functions in case of any deviations.
2. To coordinates analysis of FG and process water of Plant for various parameters from NABL accredited labs.
3. To cross verify the process parameters and ensuring corrective actions in case of any deviation.
4. To co-ordinate implementation of the ISO 22000:2005 and BRC requirements to meet compliance expectations for basic manufacturing and control systems & to ensure compliance for certification.
5. To conduct training program on Good Manufacturing Practices, QMS, ISO 22000 and BRC for Managers, Executives and workmen at the site to bring awareness on Quality principles for implementation of the quality systems.
6. To co-ordinate and conduct the Internal Audits at the site ensure effective implementation of the Internal audit schedules, Root Cause Analyses system & timely closure of all Corrective/Preventive Actions request by internal auditors at the site. Also to do the depot and supplier audit.
7. To co-ordinate external audits of ISO22000, BRC, HALAL, Kosher and customers.
8. To ensure updating of all Quality documents i.e. Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, by reviewing the systems and procedures to ensure that all latest changes in terms of ISO 22000, BRC & new processes as per requirements of QMS are incorporated to implement at the site.
9. To coordinate pest control program at the site.
10. Ensures internal, external and regulatory calibration of all the equipment’s in lab and plant according to the predetermined frequency.
11. To implement the new Quality Concepts in line with FSSAI and various QMSs like ISO 22000, BRC and customer requirements.
12. Work closely with Site Quality Head to be with cost-conscious approach by adopting cost-effective measures in the department and in-process.
13. To coach & develop staff and promote & propagate Quality Spirit & culture to equip them with essential skills to achieve the individual, functional and organization goals.
14. Support and promote a culture of safe working and facilitate environment friendly processes in the site.
15. Facilitate validation of new process and equipment. Ensures that appropriate validations are carried out as defined in the approved validation master plan, completeness of all validations, protocols and final reports.
16. Evaluates and ensures implementation of corrective action plan due to customer complaints which may have an impact on product quality.
17. QA & FSMS systems implementation & verification if Backward & forward supply chain.
18. 100% compliance for all regulatory / legal issues.
19. Audit Vendor Premises, Production Centers if any as per the requirement
20. Prepare and take lead in Quality improvement projects
