About the job – Apprentice Trainee – Food Technologist – Tops Neemrana Rajasthan
Apprentice Trainee – will play a crucial role in supporting various Quality improvement, process improvement and various business improvement projects. He/She will handle Management Information Systems (MIS), documentation and involved in coordinating meeting agendas & schedules. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining the ongoing project.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure adherence to operation & quality control processes.
Analyze project progress activity and prepare report.
Ensure project milestones are met and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support data analysis and reporting needs by ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
2. MIS Documentation:
Ensure that documentation aligns with organizational standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams and operation team to collect the data and Prepare MIS report.
He/she must have the capability to evaluate the project in totality w.r.t Pro/Cons of Possibilities and evaluate the business benefits from various options.
3. Meeting Scheduling
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including internal and external meetings team or clients and prepare and distribute meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in food technology / B.Sc., or a related field. Masters degree is mandatory.
From 0 to 2 year(s) of experience
Strong understanding of project quality management and MIS documentation practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Green belt certification will be the added benefit.
