Job Responsibilities
1. Product Development: Lead frozen product development from idea to launch.
2. Market Research: Analyze trends and competitors for new opportunities.
3. Innovation: Introduce new product ideas and stay updated on food tech.
4. Recipe and Formulation: Develop cost-effective, compliant recipes.
5. Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, production, and procurement.
6. Process Improvement: Enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-market.
7. Compliance: Ensure quality, safety, and legal standards.
8. Supplier Management: Source quality materials cost-effectively.
9. Customer Interaction: Integrate customer feedback.
10. Budgeting: Manage and track the NPD budget.
Industry Type: FMCG & Hospitality Industry
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Technology, Culinary Arts.
Relevant years of experience: 3-7 years in product development, preferably in frozen food.
