Roles and Responsibilities
- Efficiently execute production planning.
- Manage packing lines with various manpower.
- Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.
- Minimize raw material losses.
- Conduct online quality checks.
- Optimize manpower and time.
- Maximize production while minimizing waste.
- Maintain productivity targets.
- Foster teamwork and monitor production quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Tech (Dairy technology) or B.Tech (Food technology).
- 0-3 years of experience in dairy or food industry.
- Strong supervision and decision-making skills.
- Experience in plant management.
- Familiarity with industry-standard equipment.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity processes.
- Excellent analytical abilities.
