Executive – Quality Assurance (Chennai)

Location: Chennai
Department: Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP & FSMS standards
• Ensure hygiene, sanitation & pest control compliance
• Investigate food safety complaints & implement CAPA
• Conduct food safety & hygiene training for staff
• Maintain documentation for audits & inspections

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Tech / Food Science / Microbiology
• 1–3 years of QA / Food Safety experience (QSR / FMCG / Hospitality preferred)
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, FSMS, GMP & GHP
