Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced research to develop novel nutraceutical products, processes, and technologies.
• Apply expertise in Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS) for innovative formulation development.
• Innovate and validate new technologies for ingredient extraction and process optimization.
• Explore emerging scientific advancements to enhance product stability and performance.
• Author and publish research manuscripts in reputed scientific journals.
• Draft and review patent applications to protect research innovations.
• Develop and document SOPs for scaling up formulations from lab to commercial production.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth technology transfer.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges during scale-up and commercialization.
• Analyse experimental data and maintain detailed, compliant research records.
• Prepare technical reports, dossiers, and presentations for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to align research outcomes with business goals.
• Partner with academic and research institutions for collaborative projects.
• Ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and all safety protocols.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational R&D standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
• 3–4 years of experience in Formulation R&D, preferably in the nutraceutical or related industry.
• Proven hands-on experience in technology transfer and scale-up processes.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques and instruments such as UV, HPLC, GC-MS, ICP-MS.
• Experience in manuscript preparation and patent drafting is preferred.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
