Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Executive/Sr. Executive for our Quality Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, particularly in food production, and experience in peanut butter manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and safety.
Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials and finished products.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of quality tests and inspections.
Assist in the development of quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

For Sr. Executive:

Experience: 3-4 years in quality assurance within the food industry, preferably with peanut butter or similar products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

For Executive:

Experience: 1-2 years in quality assurance within the food industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
Skills: Good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
