Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Executive (Line Chemist / Process Chemist) to ensure product quality, process compliance, and food safety across CSD, Juice, and Dairy production lines. The role involves in-process quality monitoring, laboratory analysis, adherence to food safety standards, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Line Quality Control (CSD / Juice / Dairy Lines)
- Monitor and control in-process quality parameters on CSD, Juice, and Dairy production lines.
- Perform online testing such as Brix, acidity, pH, CO volume, fill height, net content, closure integrity, and sensory checks.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards during production.
- Identify quality deviations and immediately escalate to production and QA teams.
- Verify CIP (Cleaning in Place) effectiveness and hygiene conditions on lines.
Process Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to process control plans, specifications, and work instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for quality issues and support CAPA implementation.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and operational PRPs as per HACCP.
- Support trials, change management, and new product/process validations.
Laboratory & Testing
- Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product testing as per defined frequency.
- Maintain calibration and proper usage of lab instruments.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results, logs, and reports.
Food Safety & Systems
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GHP requirements.
- Participate in internal audits, external audits, and inspections.
- Support implementation and monitoring of quality systems and food safety programs.
Documentation & Coordination
- Maintain quality records, deviation reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and CAPA documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, EHS, and Warehouse teams for quality improvement.
- Assist in training line operators on quality and hygiene practices.
Education: B.Sc in Food Technology, Dairy Technology
