Position: Sr. Executive / Asst Manager – New Product Development (NPD)/R&D
Location: Numix Industries Pvt Ltd (manufacturing unit of Yoga bar)
Factory- Kashipur, Uttarakhand

Key Requirements:

-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in NPD, At least 1-2 years in Nutrition bars.
-Minimum Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Food Technology or a related discipline
-Strong quantitative aptitude and Microsoft Excel skills
-Ability to manage formulation trials, data analysis, and scale-up from lab to production

Responsibilities:

-Lead the development of bars from concept to commercialization
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, production, and procurement
-Conduct lab trials, maintain documentation, and support regulatory compliance
