Job Summary :

Support the quality function in driving food safety and quality management system implementation, audit and product safety & product quality during different stages of manufacturing, handling and storage.

Location – Neemrana , Rajasthan

Role & responsibilities :
  • Perform analysis of production batch as per defined frequency to ensure all the batches manufactured are within quality specification
  • Perform online inspection of the product or semi-finished product during all the stages of production to packaging as per defined frequency
  • Monitor all the process control parameters during production and ensure OPRP, CCPs are in place
  • Ensure correct packaging, coding, labelling, and sealing during production
  • Perform finished product quality clearance, stability sample & market sample analysis and report any deviation
  • Perform raw and packaging materials analysis against GDF specification
  • Monitor, measures and report on quality related performance and general issues affect the product safety & quality
  • Ensure cleanliness of the equipment and facility is performed
  • Development of SOP related to food safety and quality
  • Drive GMP, GHK and other best practices in the manufacturing area by conducting audit, monitoring and coaching
  • Maintain all the quality related documents in the shift
  • Prepare and standardize all the chemicals in the lab
  • Calibration of the lab equipment as per defined frequency
  • Provide training and coaching to production shop floor associates on GMP, GHP, CCPs, etc
  • Ensure GLP and maintain the lab hygiene.
  • Assist production team in troubleshooting quality related issues.
  • Ensure non-conforming materials are stored, handle properly at different stages of manufacturing and storage
    • Assisting quality manager in complaint investigation and CAPA
    • Identify areas of opportunities and work on process and product quality improvement
    • Foster a quality-first culture among all associates within the manufacturing plant

To execute any other task as assigned by the seniors / Management from time to time.

Mandatory Education -Candidates with this Education Background will be considered –

Graduate/Post graduate in Food technology, M.Sc. chemistry/Microbiology will only apply. other Graduate Candidates will not be preferred for this role.

Preference will be given to those who have prior experience specifically in the food segment such as Pickles, Ketchup, Sauces, or related food processing categories
