• Conduct in-process quality checks (Brix, pH, acidity, CO, TDS, etc.)
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) as per HACCP guidelines
• Perform testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished goods
• Maintain quality records and documentation as per SOP
• Coordinate with production team to control product quality
• Verify CIP effectiveness and sanitation standards
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments
• Report deviations and non-conformities to QA Manager
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO/FSSC standards

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry / Food Technology / Microbiology or related field
• No. of openings – 13
• 1-3 years of experience in beverage / food manufacturing
• Knowledge of quality testing parameters in beverage production
• Familiar with lab instruments (pH meter, refractometer, etc.)
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts
