- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring quality problems.
- Work closely with the R&D team to evaluate new products and processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide training and support to production staff on quality assurance practices.
