About the Job – Production Officer – Sahyadri Farms Food Technology Jobs at Nashik Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production activities as per plan and SOPs.
• Allocate manpower, machinery, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, hygiene, and safety standard.
• Handle internal, external, and customer audits (FSSAI, FDA, FSSC 22000, BRC, GMP, etc.)
• To maintain & monitor plant hygiene to make smooth and hygiene food production.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine servicing and immediate repairs to minimize operational delays.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Food Technology or related field
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in production operations within the Frozen, Aseptic, IQF, or Food Processing industry.
• Prior exposure to sauces, ketchup, puree, or liquid/aseptic food processing lines is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience in audit preparation, compliance, and closure of observations related to food safety and quality systems.
