Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring governance of Quality and Food Safety in 3 P operation.
• Ensuring the Quality Protocols of RMPM, FG and in-line operations.
• Ensuring Quality Score (Product, Packaging and Sensory Score) must be within the defined specs.
• Conducting gap analysis of GMPs/FSMS/HACCP requirements.
• Regular review of records and documents to ensure Quality and Food safety.
• Conducting FIFO/FEFO Compliance audit.
• Implementation of CAPAs against customer complaints and non-conformities.
• Ensuring timely closure of NCs observed in internal/external auditor by regular follow up with all stakeholders

Education:  B.Tech / B.E. in Food Technology
