At SS Soul Foods, we’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced professional to lead our extrusion-based food manufacturing operations.
Position: Senior Operations Manager – Food Technology
Eligibility: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years Industry: Food Manufacturing – Extrusion Technology
Location: Dindigul, Tamil Nadu
Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a highly motivated Food Technologist with strong technical expertise in:
• Twin-screw extrusion technology
Development and manufacturing of extruded food products
• Process optimization and production scale-up
• Food safety and quality systems Candidates with hands-on experience in extrusion processing and commercial production are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and optimize high-volume extrusion manufacturing operations.
• Ensure maximum productivity with minimal downtime.
• Manage automated twin-screw extruder production lines.
Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and global food safety standards.
• Coordinate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams for successful product commercialization.
