About the Job – R&D Executive – Hexagon Nutrition – Food technology Jobs at Mumbai (Andheri West)

We are looking for an R&D Executive to support product development, premix costing, formulation documentation, sample coordination, pilot-scale trials, and day-to-day R&D activities.

Role & responsibilities

1. Premix Costing: Assist in calculating and updating product/premix costs based on formulation, raw-material prices, and quantities.
2. R&D Documentation: Prepare and maintain formulation sheets, product specifications, trial reports, technical documents, and other R&D records.
3. Sample Coordination: Coordinate preparation and dispatch of product samples from the Nashik plant to clients.
4. Sample Tracking: Maintain sample records, monitor dispatch/delivery status, and follow up on client feedback.
5. Master Documents: Prepare and update master documents related to sample preparation, formulations, product development, and revisions.
6. Pilot-Scale Trials: Support pilot trials by coordinating materials, documentation, trial activities, and recording observations/results.
7. Day-to-Day R&D Support: Assist with product trials, sample preparation, data collection, testing coordination, and other routine R&D activities.
8. Internal Coordination: Coordinate with Sales, QA/QC, Procurement, Logistics, and other internal teams to ensure smooth product-development activities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Knowledge of formulation, costing, product trials, and R&D documentation.
• Candidate should be good in MS Excel/MS Office, analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
