About the Job – Executive / Quality Officer – Bikanervala – Fresher Food Technology Jobs in Hyderabad

Position: Quality Executive / Quality Officer
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
Qualification: B.Tech. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or relevant field
Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, FSSAI and internal food safety standards
• Monitor production processes, product quality and hygiene practices
• Conduct routine quality inspections and audits
• Maintain quality records, reports and documentation
• Support in handling non-conformities, CAPA and root cause analysis
• Conduct food safety and hygiene training for employees
• Coordinate with Production and Operations teams for continuous quality improvement

Preferred Skills:

✔ Basic knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Systems
✔ Understanding of GMP, GHP, HACCP and FSSAI requirements
✔ Good communication and documentation skills
✔ Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced food industry environment
