Job Description: Broad Area- Quality Assurance and Training.

 will assist in the implementation of food safety standards, quality programmes as mandated by the internal quality

policy of the company andregulatory authorities.

 will assist/conduct regular scheduled food safety training for employees.

 will support CS team in review and respond to customer complaints and feed back to respective departments.

 will assist in conducting internal audits and manage audits by third-party inspectors.

 will assist in data analysis and preparing reports on food quality status to relay to top management.

 will be in charge of the microbiology laboratory and carry out routine microbiological testing and operate the

microbiology laboratory as per company SOPs.

 record keeping, updating and retrieval of all tests, inspections, QC logs as per requirement.

 will line manage quality trainees

 any other duties or deputation to meet the overall food safety and quality assurance objectives of the company.

 Some travel required with occasional outstation travel for partner institution research programmes/ training field

staff/ QA implementation at other branches or training purposes.

 Fieldtrip/Travel for the purpose of sampling collection and internal audits.

 Should be conversant in computer skills.
