Agriculture Field Officer IBPS-AFO 2022-23 Exam Nationality Criteria
Candidates must be Indian Nationals only or either:
a subject of Nepal or
a subject of Bhutan or
a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
an Indian origin person migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intentions of permanent settlement in India.
Agriculture Field Officer IBPS-AFO 2022-23 Exam Selection Process 2021
There will be a selection process the candidates will have to undergo under the IBPS SO AFO Exam 2021. The stage-wise selection process is given below.
Stage-I – Preliminary Examination: The Preliminary exam is a qualifying exam and the marks scored by the candidates are not counted in the final merit list preparation.
Stage-II – Mains Examination: The candidates who are qualified in the prelims examination are eligible to appear for the Mains Examination. The mains examination is conducted for 60 marks.
Stage-III – Interview: The candidates who are qualified in the mains examination are eligible to attend the interview. The interview will be conducted for a total of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks in the interview will not be less than 40% for UR and 35% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates.
