Experience – Fresher to 1 year of experience

Qualification:- BSc/MSc food technology or Btech Food technology

Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

· Monitoring & Verification of CCP & OPRP.

· Maintain Quality standards in the process as per company standard.

· Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP & GMP.

· Maintain online documents.

· External & Internal Calibration of all line equipment (RTD & Pressure Gauge).

· Maintain traceability documents.

· Chemical & physical analysis of all RM, PM, FG.

· Maintain cleaning & hygiene in the process area.
