Position: Product Development Manager – R&D
Location: Greater Noida
Experience: 8-10 years (minimum 2 years in R&D within the food industry)
Qualification: B.Tech (Food Technology) | M.Tech (Food Technology) preferred
Specialization: Biscuits, Cakes, Cookies, Chocolates

Key Responsibilities:

Lead product innovation in biscuits, cakes, cookies, and chocolates.
Research and develop new formulations, ingredients, and process improvements.
Enhance product quality, texture, taste, and shelf life.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety & regulatory standards.
Work closely with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams.
Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Stay ahead of market trends and consumer preferences to drive new developments.
