About the Job – Quality & Food Safety Leader – Balaji Wafers Food Technology jobs at Rajkot
- HACCP Level 3/4, PCQI, Lead Auditor ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 preferred. FSSAI FoSTaC advanced manufacturing desirable for India. Hands-on experience with GFSI standards: BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, SQF.
Required Candidate profile
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Indian FSSAI regulations, FDA 21 CFR 117, allergen management, sanitation, pest control, micro testing
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, B.Sc in Food Technology
Experience: 5 – 10 years
