Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Function: Quality Assurance

Educational Qualification: B Tech- Food Technology, M.Sc

  • 9-12+ years’ experience in QA- QC in reputed firm / corporate office
  • Prior experience of handling consumer complaints/ dealing with consumers directly

Desired Competencies:

  • Good communication skills, written & verbal
  • Experience on CRM tool preferred
  • Expertise on excel / working on spread sheets is essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of Quality and Food Safety Management Systems and continuously update guidelines and metrics as per Food Safety Management system to cover all Processes in the Value Chain.
  • Establish mechanism for effective Monitoring and Review of key metrics related to compliance of established Quality processes (through periodic audit or otherwise)
  • Lead the development of Quality Capability in the System through Deployment, Training Plans and Coaching.
  • Institutionalization of Operational Excellence program such as TQM, TPM, Lean and Six Sigma across various business
