Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Trainee to support our quality assurance team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in ensuring the safety and quality of our food products. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of food safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the implementation and maintenance of food safety and quality assurance programs.
* Conduct routine inspections and audits of food production processes and facilities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
* Perform quality checks on incoming raw materials and finished products, including sensory evaluation.
* Document and analyze quality-related data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Support the development and review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation.

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a degree in Food Science, Food Processing and Preservation, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of food safety principles and regulatory requirements is preferred.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

*Duration and Location:*
This internship position is full-time and is based at our Mumbai HQ (Wadala). The duration of the internship is six months , with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
