About the Job – Senior Food Technologist – Connell Mumbai Maharashtra

Connell Bros is looking for Food Technologist in Food Lab for Mumbai location.

Key Responsibilities:

1. The candidate will work with Food & Nutrition companies in lab at shop floor level in order to promote food ingredients. (Cultures, Stabilizers, proteins, starches, Spice & Herbs extracts, Natural colour).
2. Based on the customers need candidate needs to travel to customer’s plant/lab to conduct lab/plant trials.
3. To conduct technical and sales discussion at various levels.
4. To map the Food & Nutrition and milk products market for business development.
5. Job will include regular track of ongoing projects, providing technical assistance as and when required. Updating customers with new product line, maintaining and closing the accounts. Builds and manages relationships with customers.

Competencies (Academic Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes)

1. Bachelors or Masters in Food and Nutrition/Food technology required.
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in handling relevant profile.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
4. Should be technically well versed with processing techniques, production process, processing parameters of the Food industry.
5. Should be well versed with formulation and product development for all kinds of Food & Nutrition products.
6. Builds and sustains professional working relationships.
7. Works and communicate well with managers, executives and all members of the Company. Displays good listening skills, Comprehension and approachable. Encourages an open exchange thoughts and ideas.
