About the Job – Deputy Manager R&D – DS Group Noida

Prefer candidates from FMCG industry, food processing.

1. Coordinate research studies to do feasibility studies for new / existing products.

2. Responsible for development / improvement of in-house products.

3. Develop methodologies for products sampling & testing’s.

4. Provide technical & Q.C support to Food & T&R division.

5. Control & maintain quality of food ingredients.

6. Responsible for Hazard Analysis (Physical, Chemical & Microbiological) and prepare control plans for elimination of hazards.

7. Preparation & maintenance of documentation & quality records.

8. Up gradation / improvement in testing methods as per customer requirement.

9. MIS to reporting authority as defined.

B.Sc in Food Technology
MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology
