Executive Food Scientist – Innovation
Job Purpose and Impact
The Executive Food Scientist – Innovation will provide technical expertise for new product development, supporting innovation pipelines across multiple product categories and customers. In this role, you will coordinate with other scientists and cross-functional partners, primarily marketing and insights, to innovate new product solutions to meet business goals.
What do we expect from you?
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in food product development or application
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Food Science or Food technology.
- Able to understand the basics and use of sensory data; knowledgeable about sensory science techniques
- A good understanding of FSSAI and Codex Alimentarius regulations is essential.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a cross functional and cross regional team.
