Role & responsibilities
1. Ensure monthly / weekly production plan compliance of plant in order to ensure that products are available to sales team as per agreed norms.
2. To ensure customer service level compliance to sales and modern trade & exports as per the agreed norms.
3. Effective manpower & Machine utilization to achieve pre-set production target
4. Inspecting the actual production Vs plan, reviewing of compliance to various schedules, resolve issues with supply chain and quality related issues with team functions, handle issues and implement identified action plans, implement through put/cycle time improvement.
5. Planning and implementing predictive / preventive maintenance schedules for machinery to increase machine up-time/ equipment reliability
6. Drive KAIZEN & IDEA factory
7. TPM activities drive & implementation
8. CAPA for Production down times, Quality Holds, Rejects and Customer complaints
9. Drive Shift Review meetings and Proactively identifying the abnormalities and closure of the same on priority basis in coordination with cross functional team members.
10. Preparing the inputs for the Weekly review of all FPR Production lines
11. Quality Process compliance
12. Adhering to SOPs, Manuals & work instructions for production operations
13. Undertaking regular inspections to prevent accidents and adhere to safety norms.
14. Controlling CCPs as per HACCP standards
Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering & 4 ~ 5 years experience in FMCG industries or automobile industries
