About the Role:
As the Quality Product Specialist, who can ensure the integrity and highest level of quality for all Ferrero products produced in the Baramati plant. The Quality Product Specialist will be responsible for the inspection of work in process and finished products. As the Quality Product Specialist, you will be on the plant production floor and ensure compliance of food safety and quality standards for all products, GMPs and Food Safety
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the inspection of the finished product output; guarantee finished products meet quality specifications established by the Quality Department.
Ensure the compliance of Product Quality Specifications. Schedule & perform periodic military standards.
Ensure the examination of the quality reports from the day prepared by production personnel (entry of data into system such as SAP-QM or Fenice); ensure the examination of monthly reports; request and verify adjustment as required.
Issue non-conformance reports whenever a monitored parameter shows “out of specification” values.
Train personnel from the UGPs responsible for quality check of the product (self-control)
Carrying out cleaning checks during the week and at weekend.
Implementation of cleaning procedures adapted to production lines.
Ensure all program requirements/standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced, and maintained.
Execute daily review of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) documentation.
Participate and contribute to various raw material and packaging trials.
Enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices.
Must have knowledge about legal regulations.
Participation and contribution in the Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX)
Optimum utilization and handling of Manpower (Blue collars and contractual)
Effective collaboration with cross-functional departments to drive food safety and quality improvements.

Education: B. Tech/ M. Tech (Food Science/Food technology)
Year Experience: 4-7 Years
Specific Knowledge (if required)
Quality Management Systems (latest versions of ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000)
