About the job – Qa Executive – Freshtohome Chennai Delhi / NCR
Product Quality: Manage product quality during entire process flow, verify that all process control parameters are being followed and documented at all times. Recommend and implement measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality and efficiency. Safety Procedures: Inspect products and follow process from beginning to end to ensure all products met safe quality food standards. Enforce all company GMP’s policies and procedures to produce the highest quality food product efficiently. Raw Materials: Support the on-time release of finished products and raw materials. Evaluate and approve raw materials and finished products, ensuring organizational and industrial guidelines and specifications were followed. Determine disposition of all nonconforming material including raw materials, in-process work and final assemblies. Process Improvement: Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process improvement opportunities and work with the Quality Team to implement change. Quality Standards: Train workforce personnel in quality standards and enforce quality control requirements , hygiene and procedures. QA: Maintain QA documentation and assist with preparation and management of third party and supplier audits. QC: Well-designed QC procedures assure an acceptable level of quality and a decrease in inspection requirements and management efforts. Corrective Actions: Coordinate and maintain customer complaint and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are Identified and implemented. Revise daily quality control reports and documentation of trends that resulted in corrective actions.
