Qualification: B-Tech/M-Tech (Food Technology)
Salary Package: Depends On Interview
Job Experience: 4 to 6 Years

Candidate Profile:

• Should have proven experience as a Quality Manager.
• Excellent in analytical and research skills.
• Have to delegate tasks effectively, oversee performance and identify issues related to the productivity.
• Require strong understanding of quality management process and project management
• Good in decision making process, leadership skills.
• Should have a ability to implement & maintain food industry certification ( e.g – ISO, FSSC, BRC, WCM ).

Job Profile:

• Should be responsible for raw material inwards, product packaging, finish product etc,.
• Should have experience in preparing test reports like quality report, quantity report, composition reports.
• Should be able to conduct the raw material tests
• Well versed with mathematical calculation which includes product specification of chemical factors
• Should be responsible for final product (if changes required need to be done for the same)
• Should have experience in acidity measurement
• Should be good enough to do the root cause analysis and take preventive & corrective actions for the same.
• Should be well versed with food products & its properties.
