Brief

We at GO DESi explore and build confectionery products inspired by local and regional traditions, flavors, formats, and memories. We ensure that our product meets all the quality standards before it reaches our consumers. We are looking for an experienced Quality control Manager who is thorough, observant, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the best quality product to our consumers.

What you can expect in a Quality control Manager role at GO DESi

● You’ll develop a quality control process keeping in mind the customer requirements.

● You’ll be responsible for ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines at all manufacturing locations.

● You’ll help the team to comply with the standard procedure and inspect the final outputs.

● Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.

● You’ll set the requirements for raw materials, intermediate, and 3rd party products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.

● You’ll take decisions on approving and rejecting the products.

● Communicate and share reports about quality standards to keep all stakeholders on the same page.

● You’ll be responsible for the renewal of licenses based on modifications in the process and compliance with FSSAI and other regulatory requirements.

What you would need to win this role:

REQUIREMENTS

● Master in Food Science or Food tech.

● Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 22000 etc.)

● Proven experience of 3+ years as a quality manager.

● Proficiency in MS Excel.
