About the Job – Manager/Sr. Manager – Quality (Snacks & Food) – Greendot Health Foods Roorkee Uttarakhand – Food Technology Jobs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSMS, GMP, HACCP, and GHP.ad
• Conduct quality inspections at production sites to ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
• Develop and implement effective quality management systems (QMS) for snack and food products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product development and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze data from CAPA investigations to drive corrective actions.
• Handling Audits & Trainings as per quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-18 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field within the FMCG industry.
• B.Tech/B.E. (Food Tech) or equivalent qualification in a relevant specialization.
• Strong understanding of food technologies, including processing techniques and regulatory requirements.
• Someone who can join on short notice
