Internship Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Quality Department Intern
Role Overview:
The Quality Intern will support the Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Food Safety team in ensuring that all products meet internal quality standards and statutory requirements. The intern will gain practical exposure to FSSAI compliance, GMP, GHP, HACCP, hygiene monitoring, documentation, and audits in a real-time food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control & Monitoring
· Assist in inspection and quality verification of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
· Monitor critical quality parameters during production as per SOPs.
· Support sampling and testing activities as per quality plans.
Food Safety & Compliance
· Assist in implementation and maintenance of GMP, GHP, and HACCP systems.
· Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, labeling norms, and internal quality standards.
· Monitor hygiene practices of personnel, equipment, and premises.
Documentation & Records
· Maintain and update quality-related documents such as batch records, checklists, logs, and reports.
· Support traceability and recall documentation.
· Assist in preparation of records for audits and inspections.
Eligibility:
– Students or fresh graduates in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, or related disciplines.
– Willingness to work in a manufacturing and shop-floor environment.
Internship Benefits
