Nesternship 2024 Departments

Nesternship 2024 is available in 5 different departments.

1) Field Sales

Explore the art of selling at Nestlé and embark on a journey that kickstarts your sales or marketing career. The Field Sales track immerses you in practical experiences, allowing you to:

• Learn sales fundamentals from the ground up.
• Work with your favourite Nestlé brands.
• Understand consumer behaviour through face-to-face interactions.
• Develop persuasive sales propositions and engaging shopper campaigns.
• Begin your sales and marketing career with relevant experience.

Educational Requirements: A graduate in any discipline with an interest in sales.

2) Field Nutrition

Join us in the exciting field of medical detailing within the nutrition industry. The Field Nutrition track offers immersive real-world experiences, allowing you to:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the business of nutrition, starting from the ground up.
• Learn about the sales operations of Nestlé brands.
• Understand consumer behaviour through in-person interactions.
• Develop compelling offers and create engaging shopper campaigns.
• Kickstart your career in the commercial function of the nutrition business.

Educational Requirements: We welcome candidates with degrees in B. Pharma, M. Pharma, Life Sciences, veterinary studies, or related disciplines. Join us on this journey toward promoting better health and well-being!

3) Supply Chain

This is your opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals across our value chain, addressing real-world problems and implementing best practices.

Join our Supply Chain track and gain practical experience:

• Develop analytical and strategic skills to optimize logistics, customer service, and planning.
