About the job – Junior Research Associate – Food Technologist – ITC Bengaluru Karnataka
Role & responsibilities
- To develop prototypes in various assigned projects with shared formulation
- To perform required analysis for the developed prototypes
- To provide scientific due diligence for the prototypes/products towards improvement of
products sensorial and physical properties - To develop and perform, assays as a scientific evidence towards claims.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications: M. Tech – Food Technology / Life science background
Work Experience: 2-6 years in Food Industry
Skills :
In vitro assays (medium and high throughput techniques)
Data analysis.
Microbial analysis for RM and finished products.
Product development Prototyping
Nutritional analysis.
Experience in flavor/fragrance
Knowledge :
Product development
In vitro assay
Product evaluation
Food design
Food Regulations
