About the Job – Junior Research Associate – Food Product Development – ITC Bengaluru – Food Technology Jobs in Food Industry
M. Sc. Food Science/ Food Technology / Food Engineering/ Physical Chemistry or M. Tech. Chemical Engineering (Industry and Academia)
Work Experience : 1-3 years experience in food product development and characterization
Proven scientific expertise with demonstrated experience in colloidal science/micro structuring/nanotechnology/ soft matter
Knowledge : Good knowledge of interfacial engineering, colloidal science, rheology, soft matter
Skills:
- Good understanding on physical chemistry and analytical techniques to characterize food matrix
- High inter-transferable skills to solve new challenges in product design and development
- Proven research experience in, interfacial engineering and use of analytical techniques like XRD, DSC, light scattering techniques, microscopy, rheology
