JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implementation of production Program.
- Achieving target production by using minimum resources.
- Implementing product quality of every stage.
- Implementation and compliance of HACCP/ GMP of food safety requirement.
- Ensuring good housekeeping in the plant.
- Ability to good operate & Maintain process such as Production, Packing & Logistic.
- Monitoring & Verification of OPRP’s & CCP’s
- Ability to handle manpower.
- Implementing Process control & Corrective /Preventive action.
- Ensuring Product identification & traceability, appropriate test status & Labelling.
- Verification & Maintain Record.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Based on the production planning give Raw material requisition slip to the RM stores and collect the material.
- Daily Production Target to be complete as per the production plan and handover the stock to dispatch, MAP Packing Section.
Production Planning:
- Based on the Market orders, E.com, or any special orders the order requirement slips to be submitted to the concern production department on time.
SFG MSL (Minimum Stock Level):
- As per the planning, based on the season and sale trend SFG MSL stock to be maintain and the MSL to be finalized by the Production Manager.
- Daily production report and manpower usage report maintaining and submitting.
- Daily production report updating and sending report to Production Manager.
- As per the orders collect the PO from Admin and Executive the plan and handover the FG stock to the Logistic department.
- Check the Packing material stock from Packing Department as per Production planning before start production
- After Production send FG Sample to QC Department for Analysis.
MAP Room:
- Maintaining MAP room Food handler’s personal hygiene, Machinery, Accessories and Area hygiene as per the SOP.
- Following the Packing process as per the QC guidelines.
- Maintaining N2 and CO2 cylinder as per the requirement.
- Handover the FG stock on time to the dispatch.
- Based on order Packed FG Handover to Logistic Department on time.
- Arranging logistic for dispatch and coordinating with dispatch team for on time delivery.
- Return stock handling, accountability and transfer to QC team for RCA & CAPA.
- Maintaining Production Report, Packing Report, Manpower usage data and reporting to Production Manager.
Staff Supervision and Training:
- Supervise and manage production staff, ensuring effective performance and teamwork.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members, ensuring all staff is knowledgeable about food safety practices and operating procedures.
Equipment and Maintenance Oversight:
- Ensure that all production equipment is functioning properly and perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for scheduled maintenance or repairs to prevent production downtime.
Approval Authority:
Production Manager
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).- Male Candidates Only
- Proven experience in production or manufacturing within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production machinery and equipment.
